Face Swap AI Studio ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is an AI face swap studio for photos and videos,
for adults, published on Google Play as ai.faceswap.studio and made available
by BR Apps Hub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement
between you and us governing your use of the app. The app is intended only for users aged 18 and
over. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
and you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Face Swap AI Studio. The app is intended only for adults
and is not directed at children. By using the app you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older
and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we learn that a person under 18
is using the app, we may restrict or terminate access.
2. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and
use the app on a device you own or control, for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use,
subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer,
decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restriction is
prohibited by law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.
3. Your content and ownership
"Input" means the photos, videos, and other material you submit to the app. "Output" means the
images and videos the app generates for you (including photo face swaps, video face swaps, and
custom swap results).
You retain ownership of the Input you provide, and you are solely responsible for it. You confirm
that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit your Input and to allow it to be processed
by the app and our AI providers, and that your Input does not violate the rights of any person or
these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, you own the Output you generate from your Input, subject to these
Terms and the terms of our third-party AI providers. Because the app uses generative AI, Output may
not be unique, and similar Output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for how you
use the Output.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your Input and Output as needed
to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and improve the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the app must stay respectful, lawful, and appropriate. You agree that you will not use
the app to create, upload, generate, store, or share:
• Sexual or nudity content, including pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude material, or content
intended primarily for sexual gratification.
• Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context, or content that sexualizes,
exploits, or endangers anyone under 18.
• Face swaps, deepfakes, or other AI-generated media of a real, identifiable person created or used
without that person's consent, including intimate, defamatory, or misleading depictions, or
impersonation of real individuals.
• Hate, harassment, or violence, including content that promotes hatred, discrimination, bullying,
threats, or graphic violence.
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content, including material created to mislead others about real
events or people.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or
entity.
• Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with the app's safety checks, rate limits, moderation,
or security.
Violations may result in content removal and suspension or termination of your access. Use Flag
Content in the app drawer or flag tools on templates, categories, results, and creations to report
issues.
5. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Some features of the app require credits or a subscription.
• Purchases: Credit top-up packs and subscriptions are sold as in-app purchases processed by Google
Play. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
• Subscriptions and auto-renewal: A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing
period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your Google Play
account is charged for renewal.
• Cancellation: You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play's
policies. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play's terms.
• Credits: Credits unlock or perform certain actions inside the app (such as photo face swap or
video face swap). Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except
where required by law.
• Rewarded ads: Some actions may let you watch a rewarded ad to earn credits or unlock a benefit.
This happens only when you choose that action in the app.
• Price changes: We may change prices and the contents of credit packs or subscription plans.
Changes apply to future purchases and renewals and, where required, we will give notice.
6. Advertising and watermarks
The app is supported by advertising shown to users who are not subscribed, served through Google
Mobile Ads (AdMob). Your interaction with ads is subject to Google's policies. See the Privacy
Policy for details about advertising data.
Non-subscribed users may see watermarks on some outputs. Subscribers may receive HD exports without
certain watermarks or ads, as described in the app.
7. AI output disclaimer
The app uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI models to create and transform photos and
videos. Output is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any Output is
accurate, complete, original, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Output may contain
errors or artifacts and may not reflect real people, places, or events. Face swap and AI video
results can be misleading if shared without disclosure. You are responsible for reviewing Output
before relying on it or sharing it, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and the
rights of others.
8. Service availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features of the app at any time (including photo templates,
video templates, custom swap modes, or credit costs), and we may limit availability of certain
features or the whole app in some regions. We may also impose limits on usage to protect the service
from abuse. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any
feature.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app, remove content, or restrict features at any
time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect
users, third parties, or the service. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers,
limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and all Output are provided "as is" and "as
available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will BR Apps Hub,
its owners, or its providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible
losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app or any Output. To the
maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app
will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving
rise to the claim, or USD 50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BR Apps Hub and its owners and
providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Input, your Output, your use of the app, or
your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
13. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Firebase, Google Play,
RevenueCat, Google ML Kit, and third-party AI image- and video-processing providers. Your use of
those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for
third-party services.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to
applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, you agree that disputes
will be handled in the courts of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a
consumer that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date
below and, where the change is material, we may surface a notice in the app or ask you to accept the
updated Terms. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated
Terms.
