Face Swap AI Studio ("the app") is an AI-powered face swap studio for photos and videos, intended
for adults, published on Google Play as ai.faceswap.studio and made available by BR Apps Hub.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we
keep it, and how you can contact us. The app is intended only for users aged 18 and over. By using
the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. App permissions and why we need them

The app requests certain permissions so core features work:

• Internet – To load photo and video templates, run AI face swap processing on our servers, sync
credits and subscription status, and deliver app content.

• Camera and Photos – To let you take a portrait or choose images from your device for photo face
swap, custom photo swap, and approved face reuse.

• Storage and media access – To pick videos from your gallery for custom video face swap, save
generated images and videos to your device, and access media you choose to upload.

• Notifications – For processing updates and app-related messages. You can turn these off in your
device settings.

• Billing – Used by the system for in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play; we do not
read or store your payment card details.

You can revoke or deny permissions in your device settings; some features may then be unavailable.

2. What data we collect and why

Device-based use: You do not need to create a username or password account. When you open the app,
we assign or retrieve a device identifier and authentication token so we can manage your credits,
creations, approved face photos, and subscription status.

Device identifier and device information: We collect a stable device identifier and basic device
information (such as device manufacturer, model, operating system version, and app package name)
when the app connects to our servers.

Approximate location: We may derive an approximate location (such as city, region, or country) from
your IP address when you use the app, to help operate and secure the service. We do not collect
precise GPS location.

Photos and videos you provide: When you use photo face swap, video face swap, custom photo swap, or
custom video swap, you may capture a photo or select photos or videos from your device. These files
are uploaded to our servers and to our AI processing providers only to create the result you
requested.

Approved face portraits: When you approve a face photo for reuse inside the app, it may be stored on
our systems so you can select it again across photo and video swaps without uploading each time.

On-device face detection: Before some uploads, the app may use on-device face detection (Google ML
Kit) on your device to find and align faces in photos or video frames. This on-device analysis helps
prepare your media; the full image or video you choose is uploaded only when you proceed with
generation.

Your creations: Generated images and videos may be stored so they appear in My Creations and remain
available for you to view, download, share, or delete.

Content safety check: Before processing, uploaded photos are checked for prohibited content (for
example, nudity or sexual content). Images flagged as unsafe are blocked on your device and are not
uploaded or processed.

Reports: If you use the flag tool on templates, categories, results, or creations, or tap Flag
Content in the app drawer, you may select a reason and optionally add a short note. We may receive
the content reference, content type, report reason, and note so our team can review the content.

Feedback: If you tap Send Feedback in the app drawer, your device email app opens. We only receive
information you choose to send us by email.

Share: If you share an image, video, or the app using your device share menu, the app does not read
or store what you send through other apps unless you contact us separately.

Advertising: The app shows ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to users who are not subscribed. AdMob
may collect data for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. Your uploaded media and generated
content are not used for ad targeting. You can limit or reset ad tracking in your device settings.

Rewarded ads: Some actions (such as earning credits or unlocking a benefit) may let you watch a
rewarded ad. This happens only when you choose that action inside the app.

Subscriptions and credits: If you subscribe or buy credit top-up packs, we receive transaction and
entitlement data to manage your access. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not store
payment card details.

Push notifications: If you allow notifications, we receive a push notification token from Firebase
Cloud Messaging so we can send app-related messages to your device.

Usage and stability: We use analytics and crash reporting to operate, secure, and improve the app.
This can include anonymized usage and error data.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your activity inside the app for third-party
marketing.

3. How we use your information

We use the data described above to run photo and video face swap processing, store your creations
and approved face portraits, manage subscriptions and credits, run safety checks and moderate
content, operate and improve the app, show ads and measure ad performance, send notifications you
have agreed to, respond to reports and support requests, and protect against misuse and fraud.

4. Content safety and moderation

Face Swap AI Studio uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI models to create and transform
photos and videos. We do not guarantee that every result is accurate, complete, or suitable for
every purpose; results are provided "as is".

You are responsible for the photos and videos you submit, and for how you use the results. Do not
use the app to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, that depicts a
real person without their consent, or that is harmful, hateful, deceptive, or infringes the rights
of others.

The app provides in-app flag tools so you can report templates, categories, generated results, or
items in My Creations that you believe violate our policies. Reports are reviewed and can lead to
removal of the reported content and restriction of access for users who violate these rules.
Generated images and videos may include a watermark or other label indicating they were created with
AI, especially for non-subscribed users.

5. Third-party services and their privacy policies

The app uses the following third-party services. Each may collect and process data as described in
its own privacy policy:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) – In-app advertising.

6. Security

We use standard technical measures to protect data sent between your device and our systems,
including encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is
completely secure.

7. How long we keep data

• Source uploads – Removed from our servers after processing is complete.

• Approved face portraits – Kept while you use them in the app and until you remove them or stop
using the app, subject to our internal retention practices.

• Generated creations – Kept until you delete them in My Creations. Download creations to your
device if you want to keep a permanent copy.

• Reports – Kept as long as needed to review and address the report and for safety and compliance.

• Subscription and device data – Retained while you use the app and as needed for legal and support
purposes.

• Analytics – In anonymized or aggregated form; retention follows our provider policies.

• Ad-related data – Subject to AdMob retention practices; you can reset your advertising ID in
device settings.

8. Your choices and rights

You can delete your creations inside the app, change or revoke app permissions in your device
settings, turn off notifications in system settings, limit or reset ad personalization in device
settings, and cancel a subscription via your Google Play account. To request access to or deletion
of your data, contact us using the details at the end of this policy or use Request Data Deletion in
the app drawer. We will respond to legitimate requests in line with applicable law.

9. Age of use and children

Face Swap AI Studio is intended only for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We
do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18
has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details at the end of this
policy and we will take steps to delete it.

10. When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with advertising partners for ad
serving, measurement, and fraud prevention; with service providers (including AI image- and
video-processing providers) that help us operate the app, under confidentiality and use limits; or
when required by law or to protect rights and safety. Content you submit is not shared with third
parties for their advertising or marketing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The Last updated date below will be revised when we do.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
